3. ORDER TRACKING

4. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS & UN-SERVICED AREAS

P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. A full street address is mandatory for all deliveries.

Un-serviced Pin Codes: While we strive to cover all of India, there may be certain remote locations where our delivery partners do not offer service. If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will notify you immediately and process a full refund within 2 business days.

Inventory Restrictions: For orders containing multiple items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are ready. The delivery time will be based on the item with the longest estimated availability.
5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Availability: COD service is available for a majority of PIN codes in India. You can check COD availability by entering your PIN code on the product page or at checkout.

6. DAMAGES AND LOST PACKAGES

B. Lost/Missing Packages:

If your tracking status shows ‘delivered’ but you have not received the package, please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation time. We will initiate a thorough investigation with the courier company.

We are responsible for ensuring the order is delivered to the shipping address provided. If the package is confirmed lost by the courier partner after investigation, we will issue a full refund or ship a replacement order.
